Anne Hazen made our buying and selling experience so smooth. She was there every step of the way to guide us through the entire process. She thought of everything that I would not have. She was available and answered our questions and concerns with such patience and knowledge. You can tell she is number one when it comes to real estate but above that she is just an amazing and genuine person. She helped us hire the perfect lawyer, Barbara Swanson. There was never a worry and all transactions were easy. Anne attended all inspections, closings and walk throughs and asked questions I would never have thought of to make sure I was protected and getting the most of what I want for my money. Finally she left a generous gift for me out of her own commission and donated generously to the charity of my choice.....talk about a class act!! Let's face it, buying, selling, moving could be a stressful part of life. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't do it without Anne. I can tell you that for sure. She even thought to take pictures of us on moving day! Her professionalism is exemplary. Her kindness and attention to detail is well above what you might expect. She helped me find the home that I have been wanting for so long and then personally came over to the house I was selling to help me make it sellable....even offered her own things for staging, etc, if you can believe that!!!
